Return/refund policy:

You may return items in its original condition within 7 days of delivery for a refund. We would provide a full refund if the items were defective or not what you ordered. Otherwise, we would provide only an 80% refund as the Thai customs charges a 20% import tax on any sterling silver items shipped into Thailand. Shipping costs are not refundable.
